Do you cater for events outside of Wagga?Yes we do!! However, a delivery charge may apply, it is determined by the distance to your location and applies to our services. Feel free to reach out today, and we will promptly provide you with a detailed quote tailored to your event needs.

Is it possible for me to personally pick up the items for my event rather than having them delivered?We encourage customers, when feasible, to consider picking up items for their events. However, for larger items exclusively available for hire, a deposit is required. This deposit will be refunded upon the return of the items if returned in the same condition.

Do you setup and pack up each event?Unless explicitly communicated otherwise, our services consistently include professional setup by our dedicated team. In instances where customer self-setup is feasible, we will provide clear instructions and support for a seamless experience.
